One of the less interesting promotions during Disneyland’s 50th Anniversary
celebration is the introduction of 50 “hidden” Mickey logos
throughout the park. As atrocious as this first sounded, the effort is
surprisingly well done, only minimally disrupting the scenery.
It also helps that they aren’t quite as pervasive as they could be, with 13 of the 50 logos congregated on Main Street’s lampposts.
Finding all 50, however, may make for a friendly competition among families
as some are subtle while others are very up front. If you are looking
for all of them while in the park, you can get a photocopied map showing
all 50 from City Hall.
On each of the pages linked below are thumbnail photos for each logo
in that land. Choose the level of spoiler you want: The thumbnail is a
close–up shot, so for many it will not give away the location. If
you want to see the logo in its full context, click on the thumbnail and
a larger picture will appear on the same page.
