Thanks to our sponsor
Today’s show is sponsored by Owner’s Locker, a great service that gives you a place to leave your vacation-only stuff until your next trip to visit the Mouse.
The cost of an Owner’s Locker isn’t quite as high when you think about the per-bag fees that many airlines are now charging. It’s a risk-free trial, so why not give it a try?
Mark is currently at Walt Disney World using his locker, sharing it with his wife and son for the first time and trying to figure out what they all want to use it for.
Also, if you have any great ideas for how to use an Owner’s Locker, if you’ve signed up and are anticipating using your locker, or if you have already used your locker, send us an email or call our voicemail and let us know what you think!
Tip of the Week
This week’s Tip of the Week comes in a voicemail from Paul from Texas, who recommends getting category 2 seats for La Nouba in the upper level in the audience right area, maybe section 202 or 203, for the best view of the stage.
Mike disagreed with Paul’s viewpoint and he thinks that it’s a different show from each type of seat, but he prefers the lower level Category 2 seats. Mark still hasn’t seen La Nouba.
Featured Attraction
This week we look at the Voices of Liberty at Epcot’s American Adventure Pavilion.
The Voices are one of Mark’s favorite live entertainment choices in all of Walt Disney World. He had the pleasure of interviewing lead conductor Dirk Donahue on Episode 77. There’s a performance by the group on that show, as well.
Mark is a dedicated fan of the Voices, Mike not so much.
Send us your Adventurer’s Club memories
The MouseStation is planning to give the Adventurer’s Club a proper sendoff as it heads to YesterWorld at the end of September. You can be a part of it by sending your memories of the Adventurer’s Club to podcast@mouseplanet.com or calling them in to 1-866-939-2278. Please get them in by September 21 to make sure that we get them before we record the show. Kungaloosh!
Review System Spotlight
This week we look at Planet Hollywood at Walt Disney World’s Downtown Disney. Our MousePlanet readers sort of like Jiko, rating it 2.5 out of five planets. Our featured review this week is by sleepyjeff of Portland, OR.
Jeff thought that it was good but way too loud.
Mike ate dinner at Planet Hollywood on his recent trip to Walt Disney World. He thinks that the food & service are similar to the Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, but Walt Disney World’s Planet Hollywood is way too loud. Mike also introduced the fact that the change just bought the Buca di Beppo restaurant change He prefers the .upper level seating.
Mark prefers the Walt Disney World Planet Hollywood to the one in New York City. Again, though, he felt that the Florida restaurant was way too loud.
You can also find Planet Hollywood in our Park Guide.
Last Week on MousePlanet
We continued our experiment in telling you what you may have missed on the MousePlanet site last week if you’re not visiting regularly, with Andrew Rich down at MousePlanet Global Headquarters. Let us know what you think about this segment!

Listener Feedback
It seems that we’ve spawned (or at least helped to spawn) yet another podcast, as Tracey wtote in to say that she and her husband Scott had started a new podcast called Disney, Indiana. Mark and Mike welcomed them to the world of the sleepless.
Joe Walsh wrote in to thank us for the Wally Boag interview.
Alex from Houston wrote in to commiserate with Mark about begin old enough to remember what a telegraph is. This led to a conversation on low tech equipment.
Feedback and Other Stuff
We’ve put together a new listener survey to help us learn more about you and what you like most about this podcast. This one is much more targeted than the old Podtrac survey. Please take a few minutes to fill it out and let us know what you think.
