Tip of the Week

This week’s tip comes via email from listener Sue Coppola from Brooklyn, NY, who suggests:

one afternoon it was soooo hot , we walked from epcot via the international gateway and found a lovely sofa to perch on at the Beach Club……………..bought something cool to drink…..and relaxed until it was time for dinner……….people watching at wdw can be very entertaining!

Mark and Mike got rolling while discussing things and end up far from the subject matter.

Featured Attraction

This week, we look at Dinosaur at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Discussion included comparison with Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland and secret decor at the attraction. Mark did mess up, though, as the TV show that Wallace Langham was in with Kirstie Alley was called Veronica’s Closet.

Review System Spotlight

This week we take a look at the Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room at Epcot. MousePlanet readers like the restaurant, rating it 3.6 out of five planets. Our featured review this week is by relaaxedwheniamthere of Jacksonville, FL.

relaxedwhenIamthere and hiw wife had a good meal, but not up to Rose & Crown’s usual standard, leading to them giving it a 4-planet rating.

You can also find the Rose & Crown in our Park Guide.

Ask the Kid

In the return of Ask the Kid, this week’s question was asked by Stuart Sternberg who asked:

If you could perform in any Disney park stage show, which one would it be and what character would you like to play?

Last Week on MousePlanet

Andrew Rich, down at MousePlanet Global Headquarters recapped what you may have missed on the MousePlanet site last week if you’re not visiting regularly.

Listener Feedback

Stuart Sternberg sent in two “MouseStation Believe It Or Not”s via Twitter:

1. A MouseStation Believe It Or Not: Mark & Mike were the ones really doing the singing for pop artists Milli Vanilli.

2. MouseStation Believe It Or Not: With Sanchez injured, Jets sign MousePlanet/MouseStation’s Mark Goldhaber off practice squad as a backup QB.

Our own Andrew Rich posted via Twitter that we had once again forgotten that Disneyland’s Hook’s Pointe restaurant was formerly the Shipyard Inn, as noted in some previous show notes.

What do you think? Let us know!
