Disneyland Changes Ticket Prices Effective October 6, 2026

October 6, 2026 by Adrienne Vincent-Phoenix

That sneaky mouse. We all expected Disneyland ticket prices would increase this week, but we woke up to several surprises today. The first surprise was that the price change came a day earlier than expected. The much bigger news is that the price increase was much smaller than in recent years – and in some cases was a price decrease. When taken with the recent discount offers, like the just-dropped Costco deal, it seems Disney realizes they’ve hit a ceiling, albeit temporary.

Effective Tuesday, October 6, Disneyland has raised the price of some single-day park tickets by $5 depending on when you visit. The resort kept the cost of both the least-expensive and most-expensive one-day tickets unchanged, so there is no new high-price record this year.

The price of some multi-day tickets went up, others actually went down, and the cost of the Park Hopper add-on also decreased in some cases. The cost of a “fully loaded” 5-day ticket with park hopping and Lightning Lane Multi Pass service, went up by just $10 to $835 per adult.

There was no change to Magic Key pricing or parking this time around.

Theme Park tickets and add-ons

One-day tickets

The Disneyland Resort uses a seasonal flex pricing structure, with the price of one-day tickets based on a seven-tier calendar.

A tier 0 ticket is lowest-priced single-day admission, and remains the same $104 as offered since 2019. Disney generally publishes the calendar 120 days in advance, and there are more than 30 tier-0 days on the schedule through early February. Not surprisingly, reservations for these lower-cost days can book quickly.

On the other side of the spectrum is the tier 6 ticket, valid on the busiest of days. This ticket is also unchanged, and sits at $224. Still, the $120 difference between a tier 0 and tier 6 ticket is significant, as you can save more than 50% by visiting on a “slower” day. Prices for one-day tier 2 through 4 tickets each increased $5; there was no change in the cost of a tier 5 ticket.

The park hopper add-on for one-day tickets is also tier based, and the price increases for longer multi-day tickets. The option costs $75 to add to a tier 0 ticket (a $5 increase), $80 to add to a tier 1 or 2 ticket (no change); $90 to add to a tier 3 or 4 ticket (no change), and $95 to add to a tier 5 or 6 ticket (a $5 decrease).

This charge is hard to compare because of the way Disney’s website displays ticket prices, so we’ve broken it out for you in the charts below.

Ticket & SeasonAdult One-ParkChild (3–9) One-ParkPark Hopper Add-On
One Day – Tier 0$104$98 (no change)$75 ($5 increase)
One Day – Tier 1$134 ($5 increase)$124 ($5 increase)$80 (no change)
One Day – Tier 2$154 ($5 increase)$144 ($5 increase)$80 (no change)
One Day – Tier 3$174 ($5 increase)$164 ($5 increase)$90 (no change)
One Day – Tier 4$189 ($5 increase)$179 ($5 increase)$90 (no change)
One Day – Tier 5$199 (no change)$189 (no change)$95 ($5 decrease)
One Day – Tier 6$224 (no change)$214 (no change)$95 ($5 decrease)

Disney also adjusted the price of multi-day tickets and the park hopper add-on, raising some prices while lowering others. You will pay $110 – $140 to add park hopping to a multi-day ticket.

Lightning Lane

There was no change to the price of the Lightning Lane Multi Pass service for advance purchases, and same-day purchases are still priced based on demand. It’s $34 to add Lightning Lane Multi Pass to your ticket before your visit. If you decide to wait until you get to the park, the price could still be $38, or it could be a lot higher based on demand.

Magic Key holders still receive a 25% discount on the purchase of Lightning Lane Multi Pass, but still can’t purchase them as an add-on until the day of their visit.

The Lightning Lane Premier Pass is still capped at $449 on peak days.
