The Halloween celebration at Disneyland kicks off in just about a week, but one fan-favorite Halloween overlay is available early this year! This spooky overlay of a favorite thrill ride is now running a few days before the kickoff of the Oogie Boogie Bash parties.

Disneyland Halloween Overlay Available Early
According to the Disneyland website, the Guardians of the Galaxy: Monsters After Dark overlay is starting today at Disney California Adventure. During the Halloween celebration, this overlay runs daily in the evenings from 3 pm onwards, while the regular Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout! attraction is available until 2 pm every day.
The ride is on the schedule on the Disneyland website starting today. We assume that they opened this experience early so that it’s ready for the kickoff of the Oogie Boogie Bash parties, which start this week on August 17.
