You’re right, it’s crowded
A few MousePlanet readers have noted that Disneyland seems busier than
usual even for this time of year. While Disney does not release attendance
figures, Disneyland extended its operating hours three days last week.
The park has made additional adjustments for this coming week; a sure
sign that they are experiencing larger-than-normal spring break crowds.

Tomorrowland remains a maze of construction walls, as the repaving project
continues. The Monorail fleet—often consisting only of Monorail Blue—has
gone to one-way-only service to help accommodate the crowds.

Disneyland can feel even busier because of the number of rides closed
for rehab. Fewer attractions mean there are fewer lines available to soak
up the crowds.
Meanwhile, construction continues
As Disneyland marches towards its 50th birthday, the maze of construction
walls and scaffolds is moving slowly towards Sleeping Beauty Castle. Work
continues on the interior of City Hall, and has begun on the exterior
of the Disneyana/Market House complex. Down the street, visitors can catch
a glimpse over the wooden walls of the newly olive tree-free Central Plaza.
Most of the scaffolds have come down from around the City Hall complex.

trees were removed last week.
The Ladybugs are back

The ride vehicles have been replaced at Francis’ Lady Bug Boogie, although
the attraction reopening date is still listed as “to be determined”
in the cast member reference guide.
