Mary also noted that her family’s next trip is scheduled for November. Mark
and Mike were disappointed that it wasn’t December so that they could meet
up at MouseFest.
Big Brian called the feedback line to respond to Mike’s reference to Weird
Al Yankovic’s “Albuquerque.” (Note: in case you missed the MousePlanetWatch
news show that triggered the discussion, Albuquerque is the location of this
year’s Walt Disney Company annual shareholder’s meeting.) Mike pointed Mark
to a video on YouTube with the song. Here

Bill wrote in about our show in the de-evolution of Walt Disney World’s Downtown
Disney. Bill put forth a lengthy discussion of his opinion on what has been
happening to Pleasure Island over the years. It’s pretty close to Mark and
Mike’s opinions, but it’s really long so we’ll leave it to you to listen to
the show to hear it.
Bottom line? He thinks that they’re intentionally trying to shut down Pleasure
Island.
West Coast correspondent Andrew Rich also wrote in about Downtown Disney.
