$50 Kids’ Summer Ticket Offer at Disneyland

December 2, 2025 by Adrienne Vincent-Phoenix

“Bluey’s Best Day Ever!” invites guests to an immersive celebration of the heart and humor of the critically acclaimed Disney+ animated series Bluey, inside the Fantasyland Theatre in Disneyland park in Anaheim, Calif., beginning March 22, 2026. Bluey and her sister Bingo appear live on stage, joining a troupe of comedic actors and musicians as they bring to life the popular music and imaginative games that are emblematic of the beloved episodes, inspiring young families and guests of all ages to participate. Kids’ Summer Ticket Offer

Disneyland just announced a new discount ticket offer for summer 2026, and it’s perfectly timed for school vacations and the debut of an all-new Bluey’s Best Day Ever! activity and stage show at Disneyland.

With the Kids’ Summer Ticket Offer, children ages 3 to 9 visit Disneyland or Disney California Adventure for as low as $50 per day between May 22 and September 7, 2026. These dates include the debut of an all-new mission for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run based on “The Mandalorian and Grogu,” (starting May 22); the debut of the new Soarin’ Across America attraction film (July 2); the Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Party (August 13-16); the final months of the Disneyland 70th anniversary celebration (ends August 9); and the first weeks of Halloween Time (begins August 21).

Disney will also offer a 2-day and 3-day version of this ticket, as well as the option to upgrade any ticket to a park-hopper ticket or add Lightning Lane Multi Pass. The company has not yet released full pricing details, but we expect it will be similar to the 2025 version of the offer.

Beginning May 22, 2026, a new mission, centered around “The Mandalorian and Grogu” is touching down in Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland park in Anaheim, Calif. This all-new story arrives in time with the new Star Wars film, releasing in theaters the same weekend. (Artist Concept/Disneyland Resort)

The ticket goes on sale starting January 21, 2026. Read the fine print carefully, because you need to make a theme park reservation to use this ticket, and Disney will set aside only a limited number of reservations for this ticket type each day. You can make reservations up to 180 days in advance. Fortunately, Disneyland has just released their full 2026 Event and Festival calendar so you can be ready to make reservations for the events you want to attend.

As with the prior offer, the terms state, “reservation availability for Kids’ Special Offer Ticket holders is not guaranteed for any date, and reservations may be difficult to get for any particular date, especially as the ticket expiration date approaches.”

In addition to requiring a theme park reservation, this ticket also has a “fuse”—which means multi-day tickets expire 13 days after the first day of use (or on September 7, 2026, whichever comes first). You won’t need to use all two or three days consecutively, but you will need to make sure to use them all before they expire. From past experience, it will be difficult to get reservations the last week of this offer unless you plan well in advance.

D23 Day at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif., returns on Aug. 13, 2026, ahead of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. This one-day event offers all guests visiting Disneyland Resort magical surprises, themed moments and fan-favorite experiences that celebrate the worlds of Disney. (Disneyland Resort)

Discounts for adults

While this offer is exclusively for ages 3 through 9, there are several other promotions in 2026 which offer discounts for grownups too.

  • Starting December 3, 2025, California Residents can save up to 50% off park hopper tickets for visits January 1 through May 21, 2026. These two offers do not overlap by even one day, but we wonder if there won’t also be a second resident offer released for the summer and early fall.
  • For west coast visitors, select Costco warehouses have a 2-day park hopper ticket valid for admission January 8 through June 12, 2026.
  • Eligible service members and their families can also purchase Disneyland tickets at a significant discount, as low as $104 for a one-day ticket. This offer is valid now through the end of 2027.
Vacationers can save up to 25% off at the three Disneyland Resort hotels with a stay of four nights or longer between May 22 and September 7, 2026. Reservations open for the this offer starting January 21, 2026, 2025. MousePlanet file photo.
