Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open its two new shows on May 27, 2025: “The Little Mermaid–A Musical Adventure” and “Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After.” Both Disney Water Parks will be open at the same time this summer. In this Update, we are catching up on the additional details from the Disney SXSW presentation as it relates to Walt Disney World Resort, and the little bits of This & That Disney released since then, plus we have a smattering of new views as the elaborate Easter Eggs start making their annual appearances.

Welcome to the new home (and new look) of MousePlanet! We’re currently performing a long overdue replatforming of our site to utilize newer technology and provide a cleaner experience for you, our readers.
